Through Freedom Futures, Will develops giving strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families that align their philanthropic efforts with social movements’ vision and goals. This includes wrap-around services for grantee partner engagement and administrative support with family offices and financial institutions.

Will provides tailored coaching to emerging leaders in funding institutions and non-profit organizations. This includes support in developing their overall leadership goals, designing their organizational program and staffing structure, and determining most effective ways of communication in their leadership roles.

Will has spoken on stages across the US and the globe on issues of equity, justice, philanthropy, and social movements. This includes speaking on lived experience as an organizer, fundraiser, grantmaker and board trustee.
